Do-it-yourself party or event package: 1-3 hour rental is $125. You may have access to the space 60 minutes prior and after the event

 for set-up/clean-up.  Tables and chairs need to be folded up and put away, and floor vacuumed and swept.  Add on $50 set up and/or $50 clean up.

Theme Parties:  Ballet Party, Gymnastic Party, Princess, Unicorn, Sports Party, 80’s Dance Party, Glow in the Dark, and more.

Basic Birthday Party – cost $175 (includes up to 15 kids, $5.00 extra per hour for each additional child) 1 hour of the party will be games, dancing, that is facilitated by the instructor.  These activities can be tailored to what you are looking for: a tumble party, a dance party, a themed party, etc. Includes table covering and basic decorations. 1 hour for cake, ice cream, any other food and drinks you want to provide, and opening presents. You will also have up to 30 minutes before and after the party for setting up, packing up, and waiting on parents to return. 

• For the Do-it-yourself ONLY to receive the cleaning deposit back you must complete the following: chairs and tables folded and put into closet, floors swept and vacuumed, and garbage place in bin by back exit. Cleaning fee is $50 if you want us to clean for you. This service is included in the party packages. 
• Parking is in the front and back of the building.  Please do not park on the East side of the building, at O’s Pub, or the four tenant only spots in the back. For extra parking please park across the street.
• Please use the entrance for entry and exit.  The green door automatically locks when closed.
• All minors must have a signed waiver if parents are not present to participate in birthday parties or events.
• The responsible party is liable for any damages to building or equipment during the rental.
• Only scotch tape should be used to hang decorations.  No duct tape, masking tape, nails, pins, etc.
• Tracy’s Dance & Tumbling is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
